Rodney D. Reider, MA, MS, MBA, PhD, FACHE

For more than 25 years, Rodney has been a leader in the healthcare industry, helping position organizations to adapt to the continuously and rapidly changing healthcare environment. He's worked with boards, physicians, employees and the community to strengthen core services to customers, optimize performance and identify best practices and strategic alliances for new business development. An International Scholar twice-over, Rodney has a thirst for knowledge and a drive to explore, create and support innovative solutions within the healthcare space that make a lasting impact. He has served in senior leadership positions at Memorial Health System, HCA Healthcare, Mercy Health, Community Health Systems, Spectrum Health Parnters, Aurora Health Care, Trinity Health, Wellspan Health, and currently serves as President of St. Joseph Hospital for Missouri-based SSM Health. He holds a Master's in Physiology from CalPoly University, MBA from Loma Linda University, and both Master's and a PhD from Harrison Middleton University.
