As Chief Executive Officer of Signify Health, Kyle Armbrester oversees the strategic direction of the company with the vision to transform the quality and delivery of care by utilizing our intelligent technology platform to create a better care experience through our national network of clinicians. Prior to Signify Health, Armbrester served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of athenahealth where he led its $1.3BN core Product and Operations Division, and launched and scaled the #1 KLAS ranked hospital service expansion for the company. He received his B.A. from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys skiing and wine. He and his wife Pippa have four sons, including a set of twins.
Shane Henderson leads the Technology and Technical Product Management Teams at Signify Health. Shane has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of technology and software development. Prior to Signify Health, he was senior vice president of technology at Match.com where he not only helped scale the company into a billion-dollar business but also founded a Mobile Technology Team that won awards for user interface design and an app that is featured regularly in the App Store. Shane holds a BBA in business computer information systems from the University of North Texas. He resides in Allen, TX with his wife, their three children, a dog, and two cats. He also owns a 1984 Porsche 911 that he restored himself and works on regularly in his spare time.
As Chief Medical Officer and EVP of Complex Care Management, Dr. Joseph Jasser is responsible for overseeing the complex care management program at Signify Health. Prior to Signify Health, he served as president of Humana’s Care Delivery Organization, where he was responsible for a $3.3B integrated clinical delivery system and oversaw all of the ambulatory clinics, population health management department, physician recruitment and retention, and organizational alignment across multiple constituents. Jasser also served as the President and CEO of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, where he was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of the ambulatory clinical infrastructure and network for each of Dignity Health’s service areas, with focus on implementation and clinical integration with IPAs, CI Networks, and physician groups and was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of clinical growth, patient engagement initiatives, physician engagement initiatives, and clinical improvement programs.
Alicia is responsible for leading Signify Health’s corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Previously, she served as Aetna’s VP and Chief Medicare Counsel, where she led a team of attorneys and legal professionals that were responsible for providing legal counsel to all of Aetna’s Medicare business. In addition to her significant Medicare Advantage experience, Alicia has counseled clients throughout her twenty years of legal practice on various government programs, pharmacy and pharmaceutical business, and federal and state healthcare laws. She holds a B.S. in human resource management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. Alicia is married with two children and two dogs, and she enjoys spending time in the mountains of West Virginia and at baseball games in Washington, D.C.
Candice McAuliffe partners with various teams to spearhead the growth of the Signify Health complex care management programs while leading operations of the complex care management facility program along with the care coordination program to improve quality of care and outcomes for populations served. Prior to Signify Health, Candice spent over ten years at Anthem and Humana, serving as the Regional Vice President of Anthem’s government-sponsored programs managing a $1.3B multi-state book of business and as the Executive Director of Humana’s Virginia Dual Demonstration health plan. She holds a B.A. in biology from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina with concentrations in finance and marketing. In her spare time, Candice enjoys being active by playing sports, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Victoria Bartolome is responsible for driving the operational rhythm of Signify Health and cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on corporate objectives, growth, and optimization. Prior to Signify Health, Victoria was a director at athenahealth in product strategy & operations, and also served as a director in corporate development where she drove a number of strategic partnerships and acquisitions for the organization. Prior to athenahealth, she spent several years in technology M&A and investment banking. Victoria holds a B.S. in computer science and economics from Brown University. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys food, wine, snowboarding, and traveling.
