Kyle Armbrester - Chief Executive Officer
Kyle Armbrester Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Signify Health, Kyle Armbrester oversees the strategic direction of the company with the vision to transform the quality and delivery of care by utilizing our intelligent technology platform to create a better care experience through our national network of clinicians. Prior to Signify Health, Armbrester served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of athenahealth where he led its $1.3BN core Product and Operations Division, and launched and scaled the #1 KLAS ranked hospital service expansion for the company. He received his B.A. from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys skiing and wine. He and his wife Pippa have four sons, including a set of twins.

Melissa Cooke - Chief Financial Officer
Melissa Cooke Chief Financial Officer Melissa Cooke is responsible for the overall financial strategy and leadership of Signify Health, including financial accounting and reporting, business planning and forecasting, billing and collections, and treasury capital management. Cooke guides the finance function to support the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet client and investor expectations. Prior to Signify Health, Cooke worked as an investment banker in corporate finance and was involved in a range of activities, including IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. She also worked as an equity analyst covering consumer and retail companies. Cooke holds a B.S. in accounting from Georgetown University. Melissa is the mother of four and is active in the National Charity League, a mother-daughter philanthropic organization.
Nathan Goldstein - Chief Product Officer
Nathan Goldstein Chief Product Officer Nathan Goldstein leads Signify Health’s integrated product, corporate development, and government affairs strategies. The mission to transform the health care delivery system is a personal one for him; one that must begin and end with the need of the patient and their family. Prior to Signify Health, he was the Chief Executive Officer of a leading software and professional services company serving managed care and at-risk health systems operating in government health programs. Nathan also has previous experience in national politics and corporate communications. He is married with three children and enjoys playing music in his spare time.
Shane Henderson - Chief Technology Officer
Shane Henderson Chief Technology Officer

Shane Henderson leads the Technology and Technical Product Management Teams at Signify Health. Shane has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of technology and software development. Prior to Signify Health, he was senior vice president of technology at Match.com where he not only helped scale the company into a billion-dollar business but also founded a Mobile Technology Team that won awards for user interface design and an app that is featured regularly in the App Store. Shane holds a BBA in business computer information systems from the University of North Texas. He resides in Allen, TX with his wife, their three children, a dog, and two cats. He also owns a 1984 Porsche 911 that he restored himself and works on regularly in his spare time.

Joseph Jasser MD Chief Medical Officer and EVP of Complex Care Management

As Chief Medical Officer and EVP of Complex Care Management, Dr. Joseph Jasser is responsible for overseeing the complex care management program at Signify Health. Prior to Signify Health, he served as president of Humana’s Care Delivery Organization, where he was responsible for a $3.3B integrated clinical delivery system and oversaw all of the ambulatory clinics, population health management department, physician recruitment and retention, and organizational alignment across multiple constituents. Jasser also served as the President and CEO of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, where he was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of the ambulatory clinical infrastructure and network for each of Dignity Health’s service areas, with focus on implementation and clinical integration with IPAs, CI Networks, and physician groups and was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of clinical growth, patient engagement initiatives, physician engagement initiatives, and clinical improvement programs.

Jamo Rubin MD President of TAVHealth

As President of TAVHealth, Jamo leads all functions of Signify Health's social determinants of health offering. Before starting TAVHealth, Jamo founded and led Medical Present Value, a revenue cycle company, now Experian Healthcare (EXPN), and PTRX, a pharmacy benefit management company, now UnitedHealth Group (UNH). Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Jamo practiced as a cardiac anesthesiologist. He is the current chair of the Texas Biomedical Research Institute and former chair of the Texas Property and Casualty Guaranty Association. He received his MD from UT Southwestern, earned an MBA from UT Austin, and trained at Mass General.

Allen Dye - CGO
Allen Dye Chief Growth Officer Allen Dye leads the customer success, sales, and marketing teams for Signify Health. Prior to Signify Health, Dye served as a Divisional Vice President with Merritt Hawkins, the nation’s largest and most recognized physician search and consulting firm, overseeing strategic operations across 25 states. Over a ten-year span, Dye consulted with hundreds of hospitals and medical groups on a broad range of staffing issues from physician compensation and retention to medical staff planning. He holds a B.A. in biology from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in healthcare administration from Trinity University. Allen resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Michelle and their three daughters Lola, Sophia, and Scarlett.
David Pierre - COO
David Pierre Chief Operating Officer David Pierre focuses on meeting Signify Health’s and their clients’ business objectives, including driving operational excellence, strategic prioritization, and accountability throughout the company. Prior to Signify, David spent ten years at Cerner Corporation leading an increasing number of Cerner’s business units including full P&L responsibilities. Pierre had previously run Cerner Hospital Operations Business Unit and Workforce Management Business Unit. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with distinction from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in finance and strategic management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Pierre serves on the Children’s National Health System Advisory Committee. He and his wife reside in Bethesda, MD with their three children and is an outdoor sports enthusiast.
Denise Quintanilla - Chief Human Resources Officer
Denise Quintanilla Chief Human Resources Officer Denise Quintanilla leads the human resources teams and initiatives at Signify Health. Denise is passionate about developing and executing strategies to manage the company’s next phase of commercial and infrastructure growth. Her career spans start-ups, as well as mergers and acquisitions, involving multiple locations and diverse cultures. She has a wealth of experience overseeing corporate initiatives that impact employees across the U.S. and internationally. Denise holds a B.A. in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is actively involved in her community as a founding board member for Women with Promise, and she previously served on the planning and zoning commission for the City of Addison, Texas. Denise and her husband are avid baseball fans.
Alicia Palmer - General Counsil
Alicia Palmer General Counsel

Alicia is responsible for leading Signify Health’s corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Previously, she served as Aetna’s VP and Chief Medicare Counsel, where she led a team of attorneys and legal professionals that were responsible for providing legal counsel to all of Aetna’s Medicare business. In addition to her significant Medicare Advantage experience, Alicia has counseled clients throughout her twenty years of legal practice on various government programs, pharmacy and pharmaceutical business, and federal and state healthcare laws. She holds a B.S. in human resource management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. Alicia is married with two children and two dogs, and she enjoys spending time in the mountains of West Virginia and at baseball games in Washington, D.C.

Victoria Bartolome - VP, Corporate Initiatives & Planning
Victoria Bartolome VP, Corporate Initiatives & Planning

Victoria Bartolome is responsible for driving the operational rhythm of Signify Health and cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on corporate objectives, growth, and optimization. Prior to Signify Health, Victoria was a director at athenahealth in product strategy & operations, and also served as a director in corporate development where she drove a number of strategic partnerships and acquisitions for the organization. Prior to athenahealth, she spent several years in technology M&A and investment banking. Victoria holds a B.S. in computer science and economics from Brown University. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys food, wine, snowboarding, and traveling.
