Member Engagement Coordinator
As the heart of our organization, our MECs make outbound calls, scheduling in-home health evaluations. They have the option to work remotely and play a key role in ensuring high quality service – keeping people healthy and independent at home.
Member Engagement Manager
Member Engagement Managers are team leaders, guiding, motivating, recognizing and rewarding our MEC reps. They are responsible for ensuring the department meets its goals.
Quality & Training
The Quality and Training Team creates an environment where our member engagement coordinators are set up for success. This team identifies trends, facilitates training, evaluates employees and provides valuable feedback.
