Melissa Hayse, Clinical Quality Content Specialist, is a Registered Nurse with a passion for patient-centered care through preventive health. She spent the past 6 years growing the Wellness Team at her previous place of employment, implementing programs that both improve healthcare outcomes and lower overall costs. Her goal in life is to help others by spreading love, joy, and knowledge.
Melissa’s passion for people began in her teenage years when she went to Haiti as part of a mission trip with her church. She fell in love with the people there and returned on a second trip, where she travelled to the rural communities. When it was time for college, Melissa was unsure what to study until a close friend suggested she go into nursing. She attended Baptist Health School of Nursing, where she earned her LPN, and then furthered her education at Western Kentucky University.
When she is not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 rotten children.
