Marie Harris is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Leader at Caravan Health, leading Post-Acute Care programs. She also has a Master’s of Science in Population Health. Prior to joining Caravan, she was responsible for all outpatient quality and population health initiatives for her regional healthcare system. Marie spent 3 years as the ACO Champion for her organization and worked with multi-disciplinary hospital committees on post-acute care transformation. She has a Master’s Degree in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University. Marie lives in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with her daughters and several pets.
