Maria A. Han, MD, MBA, MS is a general internist and the Chief Quality Officer for the Department of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Han earned her medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine, a master's degree in Health Policy and Management from the UCLA School of Public Health, and a master’s in business administration from UCLA Anderson School of Business. She completed internal medicine residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital and was a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar at UCLA. Prior to her appointment at UCLA Health, Dr. Han served as Medical Director for PopulMation Health and Home Care Services at the University of Michigan. Her research and operations experiences are focused on improving quality and value in health care delivery.
