Leslie Sebba. M.D. recently retired. At the time of his retirement he was the Chief Medical Officer of Beth Israel Lahey Performance Network, the Clinically Integrated Network of Beth Israel Lahey Health system He was also the President of Lahey Clinical Performance Network and Lahey Clinical Performance Accountable Care Organization, an MSSP ACO. The two organizations cover over 180,000 risk lives, and have over 230 Primary Care Physicians and 1100 Specialists. Dr. Sebba is a Board Certified internist and Pulmonologist who practiced on the North Shore of Boston for over 18 years. He has served as a Medical Director at Tufts Health Plan, and as Chief Medical Officer at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, MA. He was the Medical Director of Northeast PHO in Beverly MA, prior to filling his current roles.
