Laurel Douty
Executive Vice President, Clinical Operations, Episodes of Care Services, Signify Health
Laurel Douty has served as Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations for Episodes of Care Services for Signify Health since joining the Company in February 2020. In this role, she leads our efforts to drive success in managing health care costs and quality through episode programs. Laurel has been in the health care space for almost 30 years with roles as a consultant in benefits strategy, as a human resources leader making decisions on employee benefits and as a senior executive leading operations for payers and Signify Health. On the payer front, she was at Magellan Health, where she held several roles during her tenure including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Experience Officer for the broader Magellan Health Care division, which included: Specialty Medical/Surgical, Behavioral Health, Employee Assistance Programs, ACO and provider care coordination, Medicaid/Medicare health plan and specialty pharmacy claims. Prior to Magellan Health, Laurel was a senior executive with Lumenos, which was acquired by Anthem, leading member engagement for the consumer driven health program. Before that, Laurel served as an executive with Baylor Health Care system in Dallas, Texas where she launched one of the first consumer directed health plans in the nation. Laurel holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.
