Katelyn Chandler is a RN Care Manager for Patient Quality Alliance located in Pocatello, Idaho. Her primary role is to collaborate with participants within the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) regarding population health strategies and care coordination. Katelyn has five years of nursing experience working in the Same Day Surgery Unit and Infusion Therapy Clinic within the local hospital. Four of those years were spent as a charge nurse and mentor. Katelyn brings natural leadership abilities, poise, empathy, and humor in her collaborative approach to working with others. Her understanding of the big picture and implementation of evidence based processes allows her to excel in promoting value based initiatives. Katelyn has a passion for fitness and nutrition and enjoys camping, traveling, watching TV, and spending time with her family.
