Jill Ender, Pharm D, BCPS, DPLA

Dr. Jill Ender graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 with her doctorate of pharmacy degree. Jill is board certified in pharmacotherapy and completed the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy program in 2020. She spent time in retail and long term care pharmacy before entering health-system pharmacy in 2010. She has been employed by Winona Health Services, an independent 49-bed community hospital and health system in Winona, MN for 11 years as a clinical pharmacist, informatics pharmacist and most recently, director of inpatient pharmacy. Her current role is as the Director of Pharmacy Services, which encompasses the retail, ambulatory care and acute care service lines. She oversees the day-to-day operations, compliance and strategic direction of the health system’s 340B program as part of these responsibilities.
