The CVS Accountable Care Symposium is the premier value-based care conference and networking event in the nation. Healthcare professionals and thought leaders from across the country convene to learn new methodologies, hear success stories, take away best practice tips, and network directly with their colleagues. The nation’s leaders in accountable care attend this value-filled event and receive continuing education credits for doing so.

Will there be networking opportunities?
Each year, we hear the networking opportunities are one of attendees’ favorite things – talking with colleagues and peers to hear first-hand their experiences. We make it easy to network with more than 200 attendees through various settings including a pre-conference networking reception, an evening networking reception, educational sessions, meetups, and more.
Cancellation Policy
By registering for the Symposium, each registrant/attendee agrees to the following Cancellation and Refund Policies.
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, registrants must send a cancellation email to educationalevents@signifyealth.com on or before April 19, 2024. Registrations made after April 19, 2024 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Signify Health, in its sole discretion, may grant a Hardship Exception (e.g. military deployment, extreme illness or injury) to cancellations received after April 19, 2024 (regardless of the date of registration).
Payments made by credit/debit card will be credited back to the original credit/debit card.
No-Shows
There will be no refunds or credits for any amounts paid by a registrant/attendee, if the registrant/attendee does not attend any event (and failed to cancel under this policy).
