The nation’s leaders in accountable care attend this value-filled event and receive continuing education credits for doing so.

Will there be networking opportunities?
Each year, we hear the networking opportunities are one of attendees’ favorite things – talking with colleagues and peers to hear first-hand their experiences. We make it easy to network with more than 200 attendees through various settings including a pre-conference networking reception, an evening networking reception, educational sessions, meetups, and more.
Cancellation Policy
By registering for the Symposium, each registrant/attendee agrees to the following Cancellation and Refund Policies.
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, registrants must send a cancellation email to educationalevents@signifyealth.com on or before April 19, 2024. Registrations made after April 19, 2024 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Signify Health, in its sole discretion, may grant a Hardship Exception (e.g. military deployment, extreme illness or injury) to cancellations received after April 19, 2024 (regardless of the date of registration).
Payments made by credit/debit card will be credited back to the original credit/debit card.
No-Shows
There will be no refunds or credits for any amounts paid by a registrant/attendee, if the registrant/attendee does not attend any event (and failed to cancel under this policy).
