Nick Lanzi is the Chief Financial Officer for Signify Health. Prior to being appointed CFO, Nick served as the Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Signify since June, 2022. Prior to joining Signify, Nick was the Chief Financial Officer of two General Atlantic backed portfolio companies, ACES and Doctor on Demand. During his tenure as the CFO of Doctor on Demand, a virtual primary care and behavioral health business that provided over 1 million virtual visits per year, Nick successfully navigated Doctor on Demand through a merger with Grand Rounds. Prior to Doctor on Demand, Nick held various progressive leadership roles within Aetna over his 5+ years with the Company - most recently as the Vice President / CFO of the Mid Atlantic Region for Aetna where he was responsible for the Commercial and Medicare business within the Mid-Atlantic Region covering 3+ million insured lives. Prior to Aetna, Nick spent 7 years in investment banking. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University.
