Kyle B. Peterson has served as Director of the Company since December 2017. He serves as a Managing Director of New Mountain Capital and has been with the firm since September 2011. Prior to this, he was an investment professional at Sageview Capital from August 2009 to September 2011. Prior to Sageview, Mr. Peterson worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch from June 2006 to July 2009. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cytel since November 2017, as a Director on the Board of Horizon Services since November 2019, and formerly served on the Boards of Equian from November 2015 to July 2019 and Remedy Partners from January 2019 to November 2019. Mr. Peterson received his BS from Cornell University.
