Caroline Wilke has served as the Head of People and Culture at Signify Health since April 2023. Caroline has been with Aetna and CVS Health for nearly 20 years where she has led Human Resources Transformation, Employee Relations, University Relations and the human resources business partner teams aligned with Finance, Consumer Business and Healthagen. She also held leadership roles in Talent Management and was Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to Aetna and CVS Health, Caroline led human resources teams at Brooks Brothers,
Sam Adams Beer Company, Send.com and Crabtree & Evelyn.
Caroline graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religious Studies, with a concentration in Women's Studies. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Hartford Go Red for Women, the PRIDE colleague resource group and the Connecticut Women’s Council. She is also an active mentor and proud mother of four children.
