CVS Accountable Care Analytics Platform
The CVS Accountable Care Analytics Platform Super User will become a subject matter expert for the technology platform. This person will be the internal champion for questions and partner with CVS Accountable Care to ensure your organization is set up for success using the Analytics Platform.
The initial training will take place over 3-4 weeks and is 8.5 hours total. We ask you to attend these sessions but also understand that this is a role beyond initial implementation. Other opportunities to engage include:

- Attend On-going User group sessions
- Provide feedback in Focus Group
- Serve as Beta users for new features
- Serve as your internal champion for the Analytics Platform
Note: Super User training will cover the same content as General user training, attendance is optional if you would like a refresher on any topic covered.
The CVS Accountable Care Analytics Platform General User is a user who is in the platform regularly to support your role in the Value Based Care Program. Depending on your organizations structure this may include a Population Health Nurse, Care Managers, ACO champion, Quality Champion, etc. Topics Include:

- Using Data to Inform Patient Care: Clinical Workflows
- Identifying AWV Opportunities
- Navigating Quality and Performance Views and Dashboards
- Tracking Performance in Accountable Care
Note: Super User training will cover the same content as General user training, attendance is optional if you would like a refresher on any topic covered.
