• Learn how you can contribute to the ACO work
• Become familiar with CVS Accountable Care resources

Audience: Any new or existing primary care staff and providers who would benefit from a better understanding of how they can contribute to the success of your ACO

When: First Wednesday of each month, from 12pm to 1pm CT and third Wednesday of each month, from 3pm to 4pm CT
