Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Information for Signify Health Providers

We are actively monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation across the U.S. and are coordinating with our health plan and health system clients, as well as local, state and federal public health authorities to ensure the safety of clinicians, providers, members and patients across the country.

We continue to update our infectious disease guidelines in line with the CDC recommendations. We have formally initiated an internal rapid response structure led by our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer to ensure we have clear and open lines of communication to you, our providers, and to our clients.

Signify Health has taken extra precautions to ensure the safety and security of our providers. We have taken multiple precautionary measures, and will continue to do so as the public health situation evolves.

We have transitioned most of our evaluative services to virtual, allowing members to continue to have the opportunity to speak with a licensed clinician while still providing for the safety of our providers and your members. Signify providers that are delivering services that still require face-to-face interaction, such as worksite COVID-19 screenings, have been provided personal protective equipment (PPE). Our PPE standard operating procedures meet and exceed CDC guidelines and are meant to provide maximal protection for your members and our providers.

Please connect with a member of your Signify Health team if you have additional questions or concerns.
