Kim Morgan, RN, MBA

Clinical Team Lead

Kim Morgan is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in a variety of clinical and leadership roles from including inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics, care management and corporate health improvement programming.

Kim’s leadership roles included oversight for the hospital’s health improvement initiatives- developing employee wellness programming, operation of fitness centers, and a bariatric clinic. She successfully led partnerships with local government, school districts and the Chamber of Commerce to implement community health improvement initiatives.

As an Account Manager Kim aligned with clients to help meet their corporate goals for health improvement programming and successfully implemented multi-vendor initiatives while striving to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

Kim is a graduate of Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and earned a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis on Public Relations from William Woods University. She holds a certification in diabetes prevention education. Kim was part of a multi-disciplinary team that published research on tobacco cessation and led a pilot research study that resulted in the placement of care managers in a hospitals skilled and long-term care unit and.

Kim has been a part of practice transformation with Signify Health (previously Caravan Health) since 2020, currently as a Clinical Team Lead and previously as a Clinical Practice Improvement Manager.
