Caroline is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of behavioral health, case management, medical policy, and risk adjustment experiences. She is a trusted partner on practice transformation initiatives specific to HCC coding and documentation improvement.
Before joining Signify Health (previously Caravan Health), she worked for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield as Manager of the Practitioner Education Program for Risk Adjustment. Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan-Flint.
She holds professional certifications in case management, medical coding, and risk adjustment coding. She has led a risk adjustment preparation course for coders to prepare for the CRC exam.
