Amy Dossey, BSN, RN, CCM
Clinical Leader
Amy Dossey joined Signify Health (previously Caravan Health) in 2019 as Clinical Leader for the Partnership Team. She is a second-career nurse, initially using her business degree in Non-profit administration. Prior to Signify, she worked for a large health system at bedside and in management in an Acute Neurology Unit. Seeing the post discharge needs of her patients and the need for more emphasis on preventative care, she transitioned to the system’s state-wide Population Health department and newly formed ACO. Launching programs in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Proactive Wellness outreach, and Post-Acute and Palliative Care Partnerships was rewarding and challenging. Amy particularly enjoyed managing a team of nurses as they learned new ways of care-giving and communicating. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and was previously certified in Neuroscience and Medical Surgical Nursing. Amy is a life-long Midwesterner and currently lives north of Indianapolis, IN with her husband Rick, and multiple rescue cats and dogs.
