Alicia Lawless, MBA, MSN, RN

Alicia brings 15 years of healthcare experience in both clinical and leadership roles. She initially specialized in Cardiac nursing at a hospital located outside Philadelphia. Alicia has demonstrated her dedication to caring by serving as patient safety liaison and implemented several hospital initiatives and programs aimed at reducing the spread of infection. She transitioned to a nursing leadership role working as a Director of Nursing/Wellness at a Philadelphia non-profit overseeing the care of behavioral health clients. Alicia’s commitment was awarded when she won the 2015 Philadelphia Points of Transformation Award. The award is given to a healthcare professional in the city who demonstrates excellence in the behavioral health community. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership.
