Miriam Ferreira is SVP, Chief Operating Officer of CVS Accountable Care. She has been with CVS Health-Aetna for the past fourteen years. She previously led Operations and Digital services for ActiveHealth Management for a few years, as well as oversaw other teams supporting ACOs across the U.S. Her responsibilities included implementing clinical programs, innovative technology platforms, and community programs with Apple, IBM Watson, Experian et al. with joint venture partners in priority markets.
Miriam has a 22-year history of successful leadership in healthcare IT and hospital operations. She also spent the first several years of her career in consulting, at IBM & PwC respectively.
Miriam has a master’s in business and public health from New York University and Columbia University respectively.
