Meagan Weber, DPT, MBA

Chief Executive Officer of Scotland County Hospital and Rural Health Clinics

Meagan Weber, DPT, MBA is the Chief Executive Officer of Scotland County Hospital and Rural Health Clinics. The hospital is a Critical Access Hospital in the very rural Northeast Missouri, and has rural health clinics in four counties that it serves. She started her career as a Physical Therapist, and went on to manage the rehab department for the hospital, eventually receiving an MBA in Healthcare Management. Meagan started her role as CEO in August of 2022.  Meagan is active within the Missouri Hospital Association and has a passion for rural health. She recently graduated from the National Rural Health Association’s Rural Health CEO Certification program, and is excited to continue to grow in a leadership role in the rural healthcare field. She has worked hard on physician recruitment in family practice and specialties provided, as she knows the importance of having healthcare services close to home. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Meagan is married to Derek Weber, an executive in Rural Economic Development who shares her passion in bringing success and awareness to rural areas. Together they have two children, Lexi, 12 years old and Drew, 8 years old.
