Kelli Vasquez is Vice President for Value-Based Care Strategy. Kelli has a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic leadership, cultivated through a decade-long journey of progressive roles within population health management and medical group practice administration. Beginning her career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Kelli has dedicated herself to improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Prior to this role, Kelli served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Hopscotch Health, a national primary care provider; Senior Vice President of Operations for Unified Women’s Healthcare, a national management service organization; and Chief Operations Officer/Chief Population Health Officer for Square Care-Unified NY, a local IPA and MSO. Kelli has also held leadership positions in care management and is an adjunct professor at St. Joseph’s College.
