Quang Ngo 

VICE PRESIDENT, TORCH, PRESIDENT, THE TORCH FOUNDATION

Quang is Vice President of TORCH and the President of the TORCH Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit affiliate of TORCH (Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals). He’s been at TORCH since 2006 (a little bit longer than the existence of the iPhone) and have had the privilege and joy of work on various strategic initiatives, including leadership development, health IT, performance improvement, data analytics, telehealth, clinical integration, and finance and operation). He loves working with rural hospitals and clinics. Before joining TORCH, Quang manages the Texas Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program at the State Office of Rural Health where he facilitated the conversion of more than 60 Critical Access Hospitals. 

Quang attended Trinity University for his undergraduate studies in Biology and Philosophy and the University of Texas, School of Public Health at the Health Sciences Center in Houston, for his graduate studies in Health Services Organization and Health Policies.
