Jade Jagers’ background in the healthcare and non-profit field helped fostered a passion for projects that connect metrics to a mission. Her current role at Signify Health allows her to work with practices and physicians who are preparing for the shift to value-based reimbursement and want to continue providing high quality care to their patients. Working in healthcare is fulfilling to her because it is fast-paced, requires creative thinking, and is about taking care of one another. It is an exciting time to be working in this industry – and she enjoys helping practices interpret, anticipate, and walk alongside them in this journey of evolution and transformation. Jade holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and Bachelors in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from Montana State University – Billings. She has earned CPHQ and CHFP certifications. She works remotely from her Billings, Montana home office.
