Deven is a Regional Vice President, Team Lead at Signify Health. As Regional VP, Team Lead, Deven has leadership responsibility for Signify Health’s Regional VP team. In this role, Deven engages in cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement strategies related to client performance, shared savings drivers and metrics, client satisfaction, and departmental education and training. In her past role as Regional VP, Deven helped lead multiple clients including sole-proprietor ACOs to achieve program success and begin their transition to value based care. Deven strives to be results oriented and customer obsessed, leading her teams and our clients to achieve sustainable, long-term growth and success.
Deven brings more than 10 years of experience managing physician practices. She was responsible for operations and improvement activities. Deven also served as an ACO Manager for 17 Medicare ACOs, developing Client relationships and driving their results in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Deven holds her MHA from Walden University and Bachelors in Business Management from Georgia Southwestern State University.
