Prior to joining Signify Health, Karisa spent four years working on practice transformation initiatives for a rural health system in Southeast Idaho. Her experience establishing and building ACO and PCMH programs has continued to fuel her love of team-based care. She has worked closely with key stakeholders to implement changes to improve process, increase quality and achieve organization goals.
