Prior to joining Signify Health as a Clinical Leader, Ashley Kilpatrick, RN was the Patient Care Coordinator, Perinatal Navigator, and ACO Care Supervisor at Sullivan County Community Hospital, in Sullivan, Indiana, a rural independent hospital in southwestern Indiana. She is an accomplished registered nurse who has invested the last 20 years committed to the overall health and wellbeing of patients in her care. Ashley began her career in the general hospital setting, gaining invaluable experience by learning all aspects of each unit that she served. For the last decade, she progressed her career into the extraordinarily critical work of hospice care management and community health nursing, which she considers to be the most fulfilling work of her life. Ashley resides in Sullivan with her husband and fur babies.
