In this case study, the team-based care success at Greater Regional Health in Union County, Iowa, is highlighted. Under the direction of Steven Reeves, MD, FACP, this rural-based health system has demonstrated statistically significant improvements in patient care outcomes which has led to generating nearly $3M in new revenue.
