Beverly Young RN, BSN, MS serves as a Clinical Leader for Signify Health. Beverly has over 10 years of experience in patient care as well as 10 years of experience in a care management program for the state of Texas. She was also formerly certified as a content expert through NCQA’s (National Committee on Quality Assurance) PCMH recognition program in addition to 7 years of experience with practice transformation. Her most recent experience is as a Care Consultant with shared savings incentive programs and population health management. She has her Master’s in Health Information Management. Currently, she is living in Austin, TX. Beverly is looking forward to working with the ACO’s and ACO practices.
