It’s time for your

annual HouseCalls visit.

We believe that good health starts in the home. That’s why UnitedHealthcare is offering you a HouseCalls visit. This visit is offered at no additional cost to you. It does not replace your regular doctor appointments nor does it change your healthcare plan or benefits.

Whether the visit is in-person, in the comfort of your home, or conducted virtually through our video platform, you will spend one-on-one time with one of our highly skilled clinicians. You will also be able to learn more about the current state of your health or identify important topics for you to discuss with your doctor. By working together with your primary care physician and your health plan, we can help you enjoy a more connected, effective healthcare experience.

  • Make sure your computer, tablet or smartphone has enough power for an hourlong video call.

  • Find a quiet place to conduct the video call with a strong internet connection.
