Kyle Armbrester
Chief Executive Officer

Kyle Armbrester is chief executive officer of Signify Health, a leading technology and services company focused on provider enablement and bringing clinicians into the home to identify chronic conditions, close gaps in care, and address social determinants of health. Kyle leads more than 2,200 colleagues who share a vision for creating a more connected, effective care experience for all. 

Since joining Signify in 2018, Kyle has spearheaded the development of a network of  more than 10,000 clinicians – physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants – across all 50 states and a nationwide value-based provider network This network enables Signify to touch the lives of nearly 2.5 million people annually in their homes, and to support more than 700,000 people served by the providers in accountable care organizations. 

During his tenure, Kyle has led Signify through revenue growth of 200%+ while growing the employee base and building a talented leadership team with a breadth of experience in the technology, ecommerce, managed care and government sectors. Kyle led Signify through its Initial Public Offering in February 2021 and its subsequent acquisition of Caravan Health, a leader in enabling accountable care organizations to excel in population health management and value-based payment programs. 

 Prior to his current role, Kyle served at athenahealth as chief product officer and head of corporate development, helping grow the Company’s revenue from $320M to $1.2B over a seven-year period. During his time at athenahealth, Kyle conceived and launched athenahealth’s partnership marketplace, signing hundreds of partners that became part of an ecosystem of integrated solutions for providers.

Kyle has previously served on the board of Parexel International, Sevita, R1 RCM, Medalogix.  He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Government from Harvard University.


Josh Builder
Chief Technology Officer

Josh Builder is Chief Technology Officer for Signify Health, having joined the Company in June 2020. Prior to Signify, Josh was Chief Technology & Product Officer, Rent the Runway, where he was responsible for customer experience, operational expansion, development of supply chain technology, and data engineering. He also served as Chief Technology Officer at Soulcycle, where he was responsible for building its technology platform, product organization, and customer data analytics. During his time at The Orchard, he held a number of leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President and Senior Director, Global Operations, Product Development & Engineering, leading product management operations, mergers and acquisitions functions, and go-private transactions. Similarly to the large acquisition of Signify Health by CVS, Josh has been part of multiple seismic shifts in businesses and remains committed to viewing business challenges and opportunities through a broad, big-picture lens while maintaining a deep, nuanced appreciation for complexities and interdependencies. Josh holds a BA in Computer Information & Decision Systems & Financial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. He contributes regularly to global tech publications and also cohosts a weekly radio show broadcast from Maine.
