Ashley Kilpatrick, RN, CMHWC
Clinical Leader
Ashley is a registered nurse with 20 years of inpatient, post-acute care, and community-based experiences. She has a focus on team-based care and community-based collaborations. Her experience includes a wide variety of nursing roles from bedside and field nursing to Department Director.
Ashley studied Community Health at Indiana State University and completed her first nursing degree in 2002, second in 2009.
She has completed specialized training in grateful leadership, hospice and palliative care, disease management, health coaching and motivational interviewing. Ashley is a state certified Core A/B (medication management) trainer and Certified Master Health and Wellness Coach.
