## 2024 Educational Summits

##### March 7-8 | Phoenix, AZ

##### April 2-3 | Nashville, TN

The Educational Summit in Phoenix will take place at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel on March 7-8, 2024. The Nashville summit will take place at the Grand Hyatt Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee on April 2-3, 2024. Rooms are available in the Signify Health hotel block at a special rate of $299 per night for a limited time. 

 

Signify Health is offering **[an optional workshop](https://www.signifyhealth.com/2024-educational-summits/optional-workshops?hsLang=en) **at the 2024 Educational Summits.  **Please note, this workshop takes place outside of the listed Educational Summit programming. **You will need to arrange travel accordingly.
